About me

A little about me…

I am a college adviser, life coach, and wellness consultant who has spent over twenty years in leadership at various levels in both private and public educational institutions as well as private practice. I have a passion for empowering people to live healthy and joy-filled lives rooted in holistic and sustainable wellness practices, whether through the college admissions process, navigating life’s challenges, or improving the culture and climate of systems and institutions.

Beginning my career in higher education, my roles have ranged from Director of Wellness, to Director of Counseling, to College Admission officer, to School Counselor, to Director of College Counseling and have spanned the country from Columbus, OH to Chicago, IL to Princeton, NJ, to Rochester, NY.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master’s degree from Rider University where I was awarded the prestigious Lincoln Scott Walter Memorial Award for Excellence in Counseling. As a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a life-long learner, I have completed advanced doctoral coursework in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at Boston University.

When I am not working, I enjoy running, theatre, volunteering, and dance parties in the kitchen with my three children and husband.
